Based on the email that [~anoop.hbase] has sent recently the default change is
acceptable. The email is copy-pasted below. We assume the senior committer
([~stack]?) will notify the community. Thanks everyone for the long and hard
work! I am going to commit tomorrow.

bq. Tests are done.. Even with CMS algo also. As some of our big
customers still use it in production, I thought will test that also once..
Till now it looks good.. No where we perform bad compared to default memstore.
(None of my tests do in memory merge btw. Only it does flattening)
bq. BTW one Q Stack.. Am not sure how many of dev/user track the jira and
comments. Should we send a notice to dev@/user@ before changing the default
type of memstore?
