How do you think this affects the GC in a way that avoids killing the RS?
Also, in my experiments whenever I used MSLABs I also used the pool. The
problem with using a pool starts in a mixed workload where having a full cache
+ pool of MSLABs + G1GC is too much. But I agree this is a subject for a
different issue.
