I was talking about the call to rollHLogWriter() from the HBA.flush() function.
This call is made after the flush is successful. If we use Future.get(timeout).
Then even if the flush is taking long time due to some reason it would time out
and the log roll wouldn't happen. Should we move this to flush on the Region
Server side so that even if the client doesn't want the roll happens after the
flush finishes ?
