Let's move the discussion of batch-increment-mix-load issue to HBASE-18233
since it's a follow-up issue for HBASE-17924 and we seems to be "polluting"
current JIRA (which talks about bringing back old exclusive row lock benefits
intensive increment workloads) :-) @all
