I have added a new patch here and on the review board, that includes many
review comment fixes.
[~anoop.hbase] and [~stack] please take a look if you can as I didn't hear your
comments yet.
All others are also very welcome!
[~stack], I have opened HBASE-18251 to address the issue of unnecessary get()
in first()/last() methods in the CellSet and as I said I have HBASE-18232 for
variable size chunks. I promise not to forget about large Cells :)
