Surefire-2.20 seems to have broken the ability to wildcard test class (I like
to do things like {{mvn package -Dtest='org.apache.hadoop.hbase.quotas.*'}}).
Is there anything else that we've gotten by going to 2.20, or should I just
revert that one?
