Creating new StoreFileScanner may be really not possible for user. So much
internal.. Ya ideally wrapping is what mostly people wish to do. We can
clearly document that. Only thing is the return type of the hook has to be a
CP exposed interface type. This part we can make sure. Agree , we must clean
all these before 2.0
