[~beettlle] Thats a beautiful patch! How you all use it? You set a config on
command line starting local instance? Or shove it into an hbase-site? Do you
want to use DEFAULT_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT as defaults or relate session timeout
and connection timeout? You the man (as per usual).
