Ok boss. You get the bit that stuff in HDFS is going to be stale and that it is
a mirror of hbase:meta that is not always going to be up-to-date? In branch-2,
we won't even try keeping meta table and HDFS tied. Just heads-up (let me look
at HBASE-18773)..
