[~stack] Yes, I am developing against branch-1 (more specifically 1.3.1, but it
is similar enough). In the near future, I expect I will start deving against
branch-2.
Since the other issue was resolved, I'll just put up a patch and you can look
at the specific implementation. It is possible some of it doesn't make sense
with newer features in branch-2, but we can discuss that there.
