Pardon. I've been away from this important issue. Let me get back to it by
responding to your response [~anoop.hbase].
I like your objection to why we can't use OnlineRegions, because it has write
methods. Could we just throw IllegalAccess if a CP tries to add/remove Regions?
Or could we insert an immutable OnlineRegions? Or make a subinterface that adds
the editing methods? Let me look more at the patch to see if my suggestion, a
week later, even makes sense.
I like how you are working to not expose levers to CPs such as the #stop method.
