bq. RpcServerInterface (and now the abstract extension of this RpcServer) been
exposed for Phoenix to plugin custom impl. We have a config for this
('hbase.rpc.server.impl')
Lets talk to Phoenix crew. They can't do an alternate RPC Server. We have a
bunch of ways in which you can schedule rpc and even alternate engines (netty).
If they can't get what they need via our plugins, lets fix that rather than
allow replace of the rpc server. Looking at RB....
