I think the potentially impacted tests are
{{-Dtest=TestSpnegoHttpServer,TestSecureExport,TestSaslFanOutOneBlockAsyncDFSOutput,TestSecureIPC,TestUsersOperationsWithSecureHadoop}}.
without a change {{TestSecureExport}}, {{TestSecureIPC}}, and
{{TestUserOperationsWithSecureHadoop}} all fail under hadoop 3.
{{TestSaslFanOutOneBlockAsyncDFSOutput}} fails under hadoop 3 still due to a
jetty conflict before and after. The rest all pass under hadoop 2 and hadoop 3
with a simple version change. (presuming HBASE-19018 is in place for
{{TestSecureExport}}).
