Yeah, do we need to expose implementations? Can we just do the API?
Have ou checked what manipulations timeline server does?
It imports hbase Tag. Iterates them. Gets TagTypes. Creates them. Makes them
into byte arrays. Worth checking out. Will help inform what to expose. Thanks.
