When I was working on maven-site-plugin upgrade (HBASE-18333) the
maven-fluido-skin holded me back. IIRC that template had some problem when I
tried to upgrade velocity version with maven-site-plugin.
If we can move to a newer/standard maven-fluido-skin probably the
maven-site-plugin upgrade would be simpler.
