I see u say abt this config
hbase.bucketcache.ioengine.errors.tolerated.duration and the def is 1 min.
Fine to handle enable cache again after some time in another issue.. Ya seems
we must handle it. Would be good to add a TODO abt that work here. (If u
will open another jira now itself it is fine that way also :-) )
