ACL is more important than other topics there like dead nodes, troubleshooting,
etc. Please move it before 'Best Practice' section.
In fact, we have a single place to list ACLs, i'd rather have them just here
(http://hbase.apache.org/book.html#_permissions) to avoid redundancy (and
possible stale copies in future).
Is there already a jira to discuss other questions, if not, i can create one.
Let me know.
