bq. Can we just write 'return columns.getNextRowOrNextColumn(cell);'?
we can't return the code from getNextRowOrNextColumn(cell) as it will skip
including the cell in the results. Actually, we just need to call
ExplicitColumnTracker#doneWithColumn but it's not availabe in ColumnTracker.
