[~stack] That would be good. There is a RuleChain which we can make use of to
add more rules. Then we do not need add other fields to every UTs any more.
Let me do it in this patch. Do not need to create another 2M patch...
And for branch-2, I think it is OK? There is no big changes on the real stuffs,
only the header, imports, and a new at the beginning of a test. So I do not
think it will introduce irresolvable conflicts with others work?
