It is the new mvcc sensitive version behavior introduced in HBASE-15968.
And since there are only 4 methods in the new
TestVisibilityLabelsOnNewVersionBehaviorTable I think it is OK to declared it
as MediumTests. Will check later why we only run 4 methods.
