bq. No call-outs about AMv2 at all? Probably goes in an operator's guide.
I can browse through the jiras again, but this is just supposed to be "if you
are upgrading, here's where there might be a surprise". An operators guide to
the new assignment manager maybe can be folded into our needed docs update
around HBCK? I don't know off the top of my head what folks need to watch out
for with it besides the HBCK part.
