- clarification of removal of useMulti's option to turn off use of ZK's multi
bq. Lets commit this. Can tune with follow-ons. Great start.
I'm interpreting this as [~stack] being +1 on v2, please holler if not.
[~mdrob] you good with this going in as v2 and me addressing the remainder of
your feedback in follow-on subtasks of HBASE-13428 ?
