[~ram_krish] Now I agree with you that we need to say something in our ref
guide about this, as when preparing the patch here, I found that it is a bit
hard for me to know that is really going in the code. So I think we need to add
a section in our ref guide to tell user that, we will try our best to determine
the read type, but there are known limitations 'XXX', if you know you will do
long scan please use ReadType.STREAM explicitly.
And also, I've filed HBASE-20525 to collect the problems of the current read
path code. Comments are welcomed. I plan to do it in the 3.0.0 release.
