Thanks [~allan163]. Let me get an instance of lock being stuck after throw out
of execProcedure.
Its tough releasing locks after the fact. The recursive remove when a table
xlock is held doesn't always work if at all. That is another issue but once it
is taken, we are kinda stuck.
