To your earlier comment, I think the default behavior should be to take the
default from the FS (which is the current behavior, right?)
I think that also means that we do not want to put this in hbase-defaults.xml.
Meh. (Would be nice if we could put entries there just for documentation
purposes, but not actually providing a default).
