[~apurtell] I'm not sure how a separated repo works but I believe it will not
be much different with a sub module? And it will be easy to break the tie,
where we should not run error prone check on the hbase-error-prone module as it
will introduce cyclic dependency...
Anyway, seems there is no customized checks for now? We can try it later when
we actually have some customized checks in the future...
