I think we can just copy the Jenkinsfile from hadoop and make use of it.
I have the permission to create a jenkins job but I do not have the permission
to modify the github repo to add webhooks. [~stack] Do you have permissions on
the github repo? I mean, if you can see the settings tab on github?
