[~apurtell] I missed RS chores, we can check for compactionChecker,
storefileRefresher etc default chores right? Good to have a test coverage for
them also. I should have done it in the same patch but missed RS chores.
If you agree, I can have an addendum patch as part of this Jira or good to
create a subtask of this Jira?
