Latest patches add MAVEN_ARGs to our yetus hbase personality passing "-T0.5C" 
which tells maven to run with 0.5 times the count of CPUs of threads. Default 
is one thread. This change improves build times AND test run times. I got the 
trick from a [[email protected]]
