Yes HBASE-5699 can provide high write throughput.  But even there the syncing 
should be done for every WAL that we will  be writing there we should ensure 
that we do not sync everytime holding some locks. 
So ideally this problem is coming out of parallel syncs(which may happen even 
if we have > 1 WAL).  Correct me if am wrong.
