Dump the test/dev docs for sure.
I recall something going funky when we were getting the client tarball together
that meant we couldn't leave out the non-shaded jars. I don't remember off hand
what it was. ITBLL and pe maybe?
Those might be able to use shaded stuff now that we have the shaded test until
jar.
