[~ndimiduk] Feel free to re-assign if you have a plan. When I took this up, I
was thinking it can be fixed with some quick adjustment. It makes perfect sense
to upgrade the Bootstrap to newer version. Grouping into sub-menus also is a
good idea since this is growing longer. I'll find time next months working on
this if this is not yet re-assigned.
