This is test data from Our [~clarax98007]. The test is to show read load is
distributed across meta replica regions in meta replica load balance mode.
The first test shows that all reads go to the primary meta. The second test
shows that reads are distributed mostly across meta replica regions (42 x 3
=128 mil vs 5 mil).
We will need some more time to drive up the read load to prove the performance
gain under pressure. This will be done as a follow-on.
Hopefully, the test data above shows the merit of this feature and we can move
forward to merge into 2.4.
