The test is just a suggestion, I said it does not need to be done before
merging if the new feature is default off on branch-2.
The problem here is [~stack] kept saying the test proposed by me is for
'HedgeRead', and what I said have all been solved by 'HedgeRead', even though I
said directly I was not telling about 'HedgeRead', he still stuck to
'HedgeRead', which made me really confusing. I need to confirm that we are
still on the same page before doing anything else. Not sure if you at Apple
have done some internal dicussions which are not available to others in the
community or at least not to me which makes this situation. Plan to read the
background section of the design doc again but it has been messed up by others
and I do not have permission to recover.

No. It is https://github.com/apache/hbase/pull/2644, and I've replied on the PR
to mention that it has not been approved by Huaxiang and me yet, and you
haven't replied yet, and here it seems that you even do not know I've commented
on the PR. And I've also mentioned you many times on other issues or PRs but
never got feedback, so I guess maybe I'm blacklisted by you? I do not think
this is a good way to collaborate in a community.
