I was wondering whether we should add tracing for both AsyncTableImpl and RawAsyncTableImpl. @infraio suggested that we do not need to trace all the implementation classes as for local call strace trace, profiler tool is more useful, we should focus on rpc. I think this is reasonable. Will change the implementation accordingly. Shout if you have other opinions.
