Attachment: HBASE-5997_94 V2.patch
Patch addressing the issues I mentioned above. The attached test case wont
throw Exception now. But this return null.. This issue I already commented
above. We will try to address the same in another JIRA.
[The API will only work with one region, if no apt data found there it will
just return null to the user. But IMO it should go its previous region and get
the data]
