Right. In the context of this particular jira (HBASE-26079), my thought was to
make sure we call *StoreFileTracker.add* when committing split/merged regions,
so would like to implement that on top of the changes introduced by
HBASE-26187. We will still need to work on adapting the table based tracker
from HBASE-24749 to implement StoreFileTracker interface, but was planning that
on a separate task.
