Thanks, I do think HCM and CacheConfig should have the same convention for
asking the same question. Will commit in a few minutes the attached patches
with Ted's comment change and HCD#shouldCacheIndexOnWrite renamed to
HCD#shouldCacheIndexesOnWrite.
