ACL Matrix looks good to me, split & compact feels like just admin stuff.
+1 on removing the table owner (setOwner not present in shell but just in
HTableDescriptor)
I don't understand why we need synchronize on _CACHE maps, the only one that
update those maps is ZKPermissionWatcher... and the zookeeper events should be
dispatched in a single thread. Am I missing something?
