preFlush] and we should introduce new hooks.
Lifecycle hooks (open, close, split, compact, flush) don't have the RPC context
for determining "current user" so I don't see how we can differentiate between
action initiated by the system or some user, or maybe you see some way to do
that? Otherwise, we should insure the HBaseAdmin interface has full coverage
and handle it there in the RPC context.
