Description:
Step 1: Publish staged repository in Nexus
Step 2: Publish release artifacts in SVN i.e. move the binaries from dist-dev
to dist-release
Step 3: Push signed release tag to git i.e. push tag 4.1.11RC1 as tag rel/4.1.11
Step 4: Release thirdparty-4.1.11 on JIRA
