Basically, I had defined bins based on runtime. The bin-packing approach is something I wanted to play with for a while -- the inspiration for a test runner backed by kubernetes jobs. Anyway, I thought the explicit wave selection would be easier to understand because the tests are listed explicitly. Let me see if I can select prefixes that are roughly even in estimated runtime. > And why the small medium tests cost almost 4 hours? I didn't unpack these tests at all -- it fit within the 6h time limit so I didn't give it anymore thought.
