Spark 4 has HBaseContext but does not yet provide the JavaHBaseContext wrapper
available in Spark 3, leaving Java applications without the equivalent batch
API when upgrading.
We should port the batch wrappers and Java tests on top of the existing Spark 4
HBaseContext implementation, keeping the scope to batch operations and leaving
the old DStream APIs out.
