The Jenkins personality currently enables the Spark 4 profile when the changed
modules contain spark4. Changes confined to shared sources, shared dependencies
or parent POMs can therefore affect Spark 4 without triggering its build and
tests.
We should extend the affected-module checks so these changes also validate the
relevant Spark 4 modules, while retaining the existing Spark 3 checks.
