nvm. Made for more work than it fixed... doubled annotations, sometimes
repeated imports.... Here is command I ran:
MAVEN_OPTS=" -Xmx3g" mvn clean javadoc:fix -DfixClassComment=false
-DfixTags=param,return,throws,link -DignoreClirr=true
