Firstly, I certainly don't want to complicate this too much - this is a really
nice functionality to have and we can worry about the details later.
So, in a lot of systems, there is variability of amount of edits per second -
lets say high in the night but low during the day, so the you lose more data
during the night than day if this is only time bound. Some systems like mySQL
have a bound on the number of edits before syncing - that saidm I am happy with
what we have, in its current form. What I suggest is only a nice to have...
