I think that when we talk about snapshot we mainly talking about the online one.
The disabled one is a corner case, nobody want to disable a table to take a
snapshot...
If you look at the proposal above the (.n) is the RS number id, or something...
if you have the table disabled you have only one manifest (the original idea
was to reduce as possible the number of files)
/hbase/.snapshot/<snapshotName>/<tableName>/regionManifest(.n)
