Ok, at a901ae8 (HBASE-8158) TestTableInputFormatScan takes 835 seconds to
complete. At previous commit b7721e5 (HBASE-7961) it takes 645 seconds. I think
we should revert HBASE-8158 as a regression, reopen it to give Nick another
try, and also put TestTableInputFormatScan on a diet.
P.S. Ignore my earlier comment about the stall, missed the Child MR processes
hanging around.
