Ted suggested I add additional logic to addDependencyJars such that it will not 
bundle a new jar if it has already generated a jar containing the class. This 
will greatly reduce the number of jars produced on 0.94 tests.

Another option is to add a configuration point that will disable the JarFinder 
functionality, allowing us to bypass it in the tests. I prefer not to do so, 
given the
