Here's an option to make this configurable and still deal with
HBASE_NON_TABLE_DIRS:
* We'll add a config option: hbase.snapshot.use_newdir, which would default to
false in 0.94.
* If hbase.snapshot.use_newdir is true we use .hbase_snapshot, if false we use
.snapshot
* We'd add both .snapshot and .hbase_snapshot to HBASE_NON_TABLE_DIRS
Thoughts? Too much effort?
